Sarah-Brooke Stiles | Integrative Doula
Nervous System Regulation and Hands-On Pain Relief for Your Birth

Before entering birth work, I spent six years as a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness. This background equips me with a unique lens to support you through your prenatal, birth, and postpartum journey.
I am also a former massage therapist. I practiced massage therapy for 5 years before putting all my attention to the mental health field. This experience provides a specialized touch to safe body work that can support pain relief and nervous system regulation throughout your birthing journey
While my doula practice does not replace clinical therapy or standalone massage sessions, these complementary disciplines shape a steady, trauma-informed presence in and out of the birth room.

Dedicated Partner Support
Proactive planning identifies anxiety triggers early. We build predictable communication cues and informed consent safeguards to prevent birth trauma before labor begins.
Co-regulation support, hands-on pain relief intervention, and sensory grounding cues to help your body stay regulated through each transition of active labor.
Partners learn specific physical counterpressure holds and verbal affirmations, ensuring they feel confident, included, and calm without taking on undue pressure.
Complimentary twenty-minute consultations are available for families planning hospital or home births across Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and surrounding Foothill communities.
